Refund Policy

Karamazovian is a digital subscription billed at $2.99 per month. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After that window, monthly payments are generally non-refundable, and cancelling simply stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. We may still grant refunds at our discretion, for example where the Service was unavailable or charged in error.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where the law grants a mandatory withdrawal or refund right (for example, the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK), we honor it.
How to request a refund
Email support@karamazovian.com from the address on your account, or use the receipt link from Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within several business days.
